All services must be paid in full at the time of booking.
We accept payments through approved online payment platforms.
No session will be scheduled until payment is received.
Scheduling is based on tutor availability.
Students are expected to arrive on time and prepared for sessions.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled without penalty.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before a session will not be refunded or rescheduled.
No-show sessions are non-refundable.
Packages and digital product purchases are non-refundable.
Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice, based on tutor availability.
Students are responsible for:
Bringing required materials (notebook, assignments, tech devices if virtual, etc.)
Being prepared and ready to learn
Completing independent practice as assigned
Parents/guardians agree to:
Provide a quiet and distraction-free learning space
Ensure student readiness and technology access for virtual sessions (laptop or tablet)
Communicate academic goals and concerns with the tutor
We maintain a positive, supportive, and respectful learning environment.
Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in discontinuation of services without refund.
We are committed to supporting academic growth.
However, learning outcomes vary based on student participation and effort; we do not guarantee specific grade improvements or results.
Any student or parent information shared with The Learn & Grow Tutoring Company will remain confidential and will not be sold or shared.
